The Luozhan Railway, starting from Luoyang City in Henan Province in the north and ending in Zhanjiang City in Guangdong Province in the south, is one of the "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" railway trunk lines in China. It is an important sea passage from the central and western regions to the deep-water ports in southern China and coastal areas.
