Cylindrical Structure (Mainly Sand-Cylinder Type)
Shape: Primarily cylindrical (150-300mm diameter) or square (200-400mm side length) shells, composed of an outer shell and a core column. A core column insertion hole is pre-drilled at the top, and a sand-removal hole (10-15mm diameter) is provided at the bottom.
Suitable Scenarios: Scenarios where there is ample space at the top of the support (e.g., a clear distance ≥200mm above the top support of a cup-lock type support) and a large unloading volume (50-200mm) is required, such as cast-in-place box girder supports.
Advantages: Strong overall structural integrity (welded, no weak welds), uniform bearing surface after sand filling, avoiding localized stress concentration.
