The Qiqihar Civil Aviation Road Overpass Bridge Project has a total length of 897.2m. The main bridge deck is arranged as a whole, using single box four chamber variable cross-section prestressed concrete box girders with a span arrangement of (95+162+95) m continuous box girders. The bridge has a total width of 34.4m and is constructed using large section cast-in-place and swivel method. The swivel structure weighs about 27500 tons per unit and spans 21 existing railway lines. Among them, Pier 7 rotates clockwise by 84.69 ° and Pier 8 rotates counterclockwise by 95.61 °, with a rotation accuracy of millimeter level.
Our company has assisted in the construction of the Qiqihar Civil Aviation Road Overpass Bridge project, successfully completing the largest double-sided 55000 ton prestressed concrete continuous beam rotation in China, setting a record for the largest span and heaviest tonnage concrete continuous beam structure bridge rotation in China's cold regions.
